RENEWAL NOTICE

YOU MUST HAVE A 2012 BADGE TO FLY ON January 1St 2012.
OCMA new membership badges will be processed after the end of the renewal period. Temporary new member flight badges can be obtained from Frank Sims at the field.
The Renewal process for 2012 is being processed by mail, See below.
The Renewal process begins November 15th 2011, ends Jan. 31 2012.
OCMA has a PO Box in Huntington Beach for processing Renewals.
The Dues will be for the period JAN thru DEC 2012 and are
$100.00.
Checks should be made payable to OCMA.
Please include a self addressed stamped #10 envelope.
Include a copy of your 2012 AMA card or AMA number for on-line verification. Please update your current Email address to receive urgent OCMA Messages.
You must show proof of membership in one of the 11 chartered clubs.
For clubs not issuing cards, OCMA will have access to current Rosters.
Applications that fail AMA or participating club rosters will be returned to applicant.
Your 2012 badge will be returned by US Mail.
Renewal requests will be processed on Sunday of every week during the renewal process.
